Black Jack is a character, Mona's father, a kingpin and the (former) main antagonist, but tertiary tritagonist from the animated series, The Magician.

Black-Jack is one of the (former) major kingpins of the international underworld. He has built and owns a number of giant casinos. But Black-Jack has a terrible sickness which has glued him to his wheel chair and makes him extremely sensitive to daylight.

Cloistered in his dark office, he seeks revenge on the carefree life that he is unable to enjoy, by sabotaging as much of the new, insouciant society as he can.

He was the one who got Ace into crime when he was younger, and it was only after a terrible accident that left Jack both crippled and bitter, did Ace manage to escape his grip. Blackjack doesn't hesitate to try to do away with Ace and Cosmo when the opportunity arises, and will go to great lengths to try to rid himself of these two nuisances.

Also, at the end of the episode, "All Against One", Black-Jack gives up being evil after Glam and Blaun were arrested and gets congratulated by the Electro City Police Force along with Ace, Derek Vega and Mona.

Physical appearance

He is muscular with a hunchback body (due to his frailed health and injury) and a blue bald head with black hair, yellow eyes with red iris and black eyebrows. Also in clothing, he wears his black and red diamond jacket and white gloves.

He is also Mona's father, which doesn't help when she and Ace want to have any kind of a relationship, especially since he is very protective of her. Although, he has been known to back down when she's had her mind set on something.
